Pizza Hut - Kansas City

I've enjoyed great pizza from this place before, but tonight my large supreme was overcooked, sparsely topped, and cut in a way that left me disappointed.

Please refund my money! I was charged for something I didn’t receive. The pizza I got was old and dry; it seemed like they gave me a leftover order. I only ate one slice because I was hungry, but then I felt sick for hours after. I've never had this kind of experience at this Pizza Hut before; it’s usually great, but this time it was really disappointing. I ended up throwing it away. It will be a long time before I order from Pizza Hut again.

I decided to cancel my order after waiting for 1.5 hours. When I called to check the status, I was informed that my food had been sitting at the restaurant for some time and that the driver wouldn't be able to pick it up anytime soon. I felt that I should have been updated about the delay as soon as the restaurant knew, and they could have offered me something fresh instead. In the end, I opted for Domino's instead.

Our order was over 20 min late from the time it said we would be expecting it. The food was cold and hardly worth eating. I also found a hair in my browl of chicken wings that I was not able to even eat because they were so overloaded with vinegar it was making me nauseous

All of my food was slid over/crumpled in the boxes. It was a mess.
