Panera Bread - Kansas City

This situation is great because it is not as busy as some of the others. it is fast and delicious. we usually pre-order what saves time. the orders are correct in the order. eating is fresh and healthier options are available. if they eat gluten-free, they can find something that works in the rule. they have new drinks that are delicious.

Made an order the night before pickup. The order wasn't available until 15 minutes after pickup time. They only had 2 souffles available out of the 3 we ordered and our bagels were cold even though we ordered them sliced/toasted. Only redeeming quality was that the employee we had was helpful

Tried the chicken avocado and Gouda breakfast wrap for the first time and was quite impressed! I added tomato and spinach and was happy with the add ins! Panera impressed me with their breakfast! Was not expecting such a yummy filling wrap with fluffy eggs and perfectly ripe avocado. I usually just get their iced or Colombian coffee which I'm also always happy with.

No cashiers or folks up front to take an order. Instead of 1 person touching one clscreen hundreds touch the same one. Call me old school for expecting a human to have a job and be able to pay their own bills and help people. Great place for a quiet place to sit and eat.

Best Panera experience I have has.We ordered via kiosk, but she was there twice to ask if we needed help. (There with my parents took a bit)Food was best I have had since trying Panera....
