Olive Garden Kansas City Kansas Speedway

We were last night, a total of nine women. we had trinity for a server. we go to various restaurants throughout the city once a month and never have the better service than what we had last night. Beyond that, the whole food was absolutely perfect. good work trinity! good work olive garden! thank you!

Wow! the service is great! Today I ate one of every bowl suppe.

Ordered 18 piece chicken tenders, salad, and breadsticks to go. There were less than 18 pieces of chicken (about 14 or 15). Also the parking lot needs to have the trash cleaned up. Otherwise it was good and the salad portion was huge.

First, our service was excellent! We were seated immediately which was nice. I took a risk and tried a different entree. Looked good but not likely to order again. Not because of quality, just not to my liking. My wife actually ordered my favorite meal which looked very good and smelled very good. We also learned why we always get three pieces of bread and not an even number. We've never had a problem at any Olive Gardens.

The staff were unprofessional asl, my boyfriend heard the hosts say to each other that they INTENTIONALLY made us wait for our table. The restaurant was NOT busy. The entire host table was crowded with employees talking amongst themselves, had earphones in, talked back to the manager when he told them to work. One person behind the counter even had no uniform and was walking around the restaurant looking lost. Like why show up if you’re wearing a t shirt with air pods in and not gonna do your job? The manager was the only one working hard and looked stressed while the host table was standing around laughing. Food was mediocre I could make better food than that, I’m never coming here again.
