Mi Ranchito - Kansas City

The layout of the restaurant was a bit odd with three doors, and we accidentally chose the back exit door even though it had an open sign and the hours posted. The service was good, with a friendly waiter who was joking with us and very personable. However, the food was mediocre and lacked flavor. Considering the price, we expected a more flavorful meal, but instead it was just plain cooked food and rice without any seasoning.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was bustling with customers, but they were able to accommodate everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional and the food was fantastic. My favorite dish was the guacamole, but I was disappointed to find that it didn't have any jalapeños in it.

I am understanding of there being fewer servers, but they still shouldn't completely forget to help you. Once someone of higher rank came and took the order we figured it would come quickly, it didn't. Once we got the food it was obvious it had been in the warmer a long time, clearly the higher person didn't come back. I will return, its normally a good time and the food is great when its fresh.

This used to be my favorite restaurant and lately they have no service!! I get the pandemic but dang!!! We just went there for Mother's Day and it was a joke..... the past 2 times I have been there the service is terrible and they are running around everywhere! They need help!!! Either get help or close down! I love your food..... but it is absolutely ridiculous sitting around 10 mins just to get chips and salsa.... literally right before your food gets to the table. Then you eat and sit around waiting to get your bill until your waiter finishes getting the bar before they come to you! Some major things to change before we will be back. We have given them many chances and it keeps going downhill!!
