Mcdonald's - Kansas City

I used my McDonald's app and got a McDouble and small Fry for $2! Business was steady and they were polite and quick in drive thru. Gotta love hot fries

I'm in town with my boyfriend for work and so we are in a hotel and don't have any way to cook so we have to eat out and this McDonald's is close by, went there for dinner twice and both experiences were terrible, the employees aren't friendly, they mess up our order completely both times, first time I let it go, second time I went back 3 times and they still never got the order correct, and the employees all reek of weed so maybe they aren't understanding what I want because they're just that high, or they just don't care, either way it was a bad experience.

Half the employees are high. Weed odor out the second window. How does someone in management keep a job like this. I want to clarify this is night shift only. They say open 24 hours and the employees close the store from 12am-5am!

35 minutes in the drive thru . I ordered a happy meal . Well at least the fries were hot . There were only about 4 cars in front of me too. Talk about slow . Never again . Homie was yelling at his kids in the lobby . I watched a lady restock the whole restaurant before I got my order . Avoid like the plague .

I have to give the APP curbside a failing grade. It took over 20 minutes to bring my food.
