Mcdonald's - Kansas City

I encountered an automated drive-thru that seemed to want me to order six icy drinks, even though I only asked for two. When I requested assistance, a friendly employee stepped in and helped me correct my order. Robots may eventually take over one day, but thankfully, that hasn't happened yet!

In the past year or two, this McDonald's has really declined. It's one of the least efficient locations I’ve encountered. I recommend avoiding the drive-thru, as you might end up waiting in your car for 30 minutes without anyone taking your order.

During my recent visit, I had a frustrating experience with the drive-thru. The robot services often failed to recognize my presence, leaving me waiting at the end of the line to place my order at the window. While the staff was generally helpful, I believe this robotic system should be discarded.

Super dissapointed in customer service today. I stood at the counter and the employee continued to do something on the order screen to call a manager and I was ignored by both. I only had a quick question that could not be answered by the order screen. I have almost always taken the time to leave a review to know that they have either a great job or something to work. we are all short employees, although the customer service goes a long way.

Newly renovated. Nice inside and great location. Peking was easy even pulling our Harley trailers. Need to do a better job on taking care of their bathrooms though.
