Mcdonald's - Kansas City

When we reached the window, the staff member there merely greeted us with "yes, all of these legitimate people," which felt rather dismissive. After we paid, the woman who took our order seemed indifferent and rude, and her uniform did not appear properly worn, as she was wearing a tank top underneath. To top it off, my McFlurry was poorly made—not mixed well and filled mainly with sweets and mostly ice. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we won't be returning.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of one of the young staff members, who seemed to be around 16 years old. His rudeness was unacceptable, and I believe he should be let go, as he clearly doesn’t belong in this role. I won’t be returning, as this was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

The lobby is closed, but the drive-thru is open. A customer came over the intercom to say they had been waiting for 10 minutes and finally just drove away. I came home and decided to write this review. I understand that they can be short-staffed and busy with lobby customers, but if the drive-thru is open and they ignore customers, that’s just bad customer service.

At some point, the guy drank my coffee, and I asked him about a stray he said it was in the bag. but I just ordered a coffee. he said you really need a grudge? Iol won't be back, I'm sorry I harassed her with my command.

Get there at 505 am,they say they don't have enough people come back at 630 lol,go there at 10pm because they are open till 11pm, wait in the long line to get up to order and were sorry were not taking orders tonight just door dash. This place just needs to close down before they become a bigger joke then they are now
