Kfc - Kansas City

They didn't have any chicken. How does a chicken place run out of chicken? I ended up ordering from the taco bell menu and when I got to the drive through window they didn't have my order and the guy gave me the price for someone else's order. I hadto wait for them to get my order together and when he gave it to me he forgot my drink. I had to ask for it and remind him whatit was suppose to be. That is my second time at that KFC and the second time and the first time they ran out of thetype ofchicken i wanted. No wonder all the KFC around here are closing.

Customer service has improved tremendously but the drive through is still slow.

I ordered the Mac and chicken bowl meal. Swimming in grease as you can see by the photo. Chicken was ok.

No curbside despite being advertised. I ordered ahead online to avoid waiting in the drive through line but was forced to go through the drive through anyway. When I finally got my food it wasn't even fresh anymore because I had to wait. The manager wasuseless and refused to help. Should just shut it down and replace it with a Popeye's.

This Place should be Shut Down, the People who work there are very Disrespectful, no kind of customer skills at all.... Over the years the food has become very nasty, I don't go there no more due to the fact that I don't even trust the workers, they looklike they are very ornery when it comes to them preparing your food... Do not eat There you will be Disappointed
