Kam Sheng - Kansas City

I hadn't visited this restaurant in a while even though I live nearby. I ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice, along with a custom order of hot and spicy chicken, vegetable, and rice soup. We also got Crab Rangoon. The order was ready on time, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I paid. The food was fresh, flavorful, and met my expectations. The vegetables in my soup were incredibly fresh, and the soup was perfectly seasoned without being too salty. I appreciated being able to customize my soup when ordering.
