Ihop - Kansas City

No stars if I could.....staff saw us come in and stood around several minutes before seating us. It was like we were a bother to be there. It was absolutely the worst experience we have had in a great while...I do not, have not or ever return to this location again. To dine here was a total disaster and would not recommend it to anyone. We bought a couple groupons and let them expire rather than return.

Did take out 3 different times and each time our orders were incomplete! Had to go back to get what was missing. No apologies were made, no credits were given, and worst off all, no offers to remake what had been sitting on their counter for over 40 minutes!!! Had to take the rest of our meal home and put it in the microwave! Today, again, our order was shorted. Out of 3 meals, only one was correct. Luckily we checked before leaving. Will not be going back!!!

Warm fresh pancakes always. like any other place ihop stole their prizes. Three meals were $50.

Absolutely dirty. everything in the table was sticky, including salt and pepper shakers. there was a dame that coughed and chopped up phlegm. that was the icing on the cake. we paid our food and left. would never return.
