Firehouse Subs Ward Parkway Mall

I always loved Firehouse Subs! I was very disappointed. My husband and I ordered a big corned beef sandwich. We couldn't eat most of our beef. It wasn't just hard, but had so much fat it wasn't edible. My husband asks if he will ever return to business. Very sad!

I waited 25mins for my food. When I got my food the take away containers were ic cold and full of kitchen/food debris. I decided to open the containers and found cold sandwiches? I had good food from them in the past but today sucked!!

My sandwich was excellent. The problem I have is the way to clean the tables... they wipe the table kool but with the same towel they wipe the seats n then wipe the next TABLE with the SAME TOWEL they WIPE THE SEAT MIT. That's bad.

Always good. A lot of variety on the menu and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so you can also choose any drink you want. Quick, service is beautiful and always clean. Good work Firehouse Subs!

I was very unhappy on my first visit to this Firehouse Sub location. The same cashier who 's exchanging money grabs a napkin to wipe his shoe off and threw the napkin in the trash. He turns directly around picks up a loaf of bread and begins to prepare a sandwich. At that time, I ask would you mind replacing your gloves , which he did. Upon receiving my order the presentation was not appealing.
