Best run Chipotle in the KC Metro! Been to many other locations; State Line beats them all.

Check your orders for accuracy. This Chipotle is near my house, so I go here semi regularly. Tonight, my mobile order looked correct in the bag, but I discovered it was prepared incorrectly when I got home. Wrong toppings some added when not ordered in this case. It caused my wife to discard most of her meal as she found it unpalatable as prepared. Quality of toppings in my burrito were also lacking today. Last time I ordered here, I asked for guacamole topping on my entrée, which you pay extra to get. It was missing. Seems like accuracy of orders is becoming a trend in my experience, especially when ordering ahead. May be forced to forego the convenience of mobile ordering and go through the regular line to ensure accurate orders in the future.

There’s not much to say. The young servers weren’t very friendly and lacked smiles. I think I’ll opt for delivery next time.

This is the best Chipotle in the area! The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh.
