Brewery Emperial - Kansas City

Honestly, 5 stars isn't a high rating for the experience we had. We were in Kansas city to see a concert and we stopped here before going, went to The show and came back because we enjoyed ourselves and The staff, the food, the beer all beyond amazing. The staff killed it during both of our trips there. Chef Andrew talked us through the beer and our meal (both times). I can't express my appreciation enough for the menu. Candace was so wonderful in taking us through the brewery tour during our first visit and explaining the system used. On our return trip, every penny was worth it for the experience we had both times without hesitation or a second thought about it. We picked up our seats at the kitchen bar/counter space and everyone was just amazing. Plain and simple. I can't express my appreciation enough for everyone that put up with our shenanigans and really went the whole 9 yards for us. Thank you.

This place is fantastic! Their beers are delicious and they have a full bar. Everything I’ve had on the food menu has been amazing and the staff are the best! Definitely a place to check out if you haven’t already.

Tasted all beers and each one had much to offer a fine example of the style of beer I was most surprised that with one exception they had almost no after taste and unusual feature but very nice for changing beers and especially enjoying the flavors of their food had a wonderful Caesar salad flashed over the wood flame unique and delicious. the mole was superb loved the beef sandwich and the chicken was the cleanest tasting I have ever had

We ducked in for a beer after a show at Crossroads. We all ordered the IPA I can't remember which one) and it was a great beer. The bartender was supper helpful in choosing the beer. I just said I wanted something with a nice hop bite and not too much malty flavor, and he delivered. The atmosphere was laid back, but really nice. The outdoor area is perfect for having a beer on a nice summer night. Loved the graffiti art on the containers outside. Ok, and the bathrooms were beautiful!

First time in today for lunch. The bartender, Carrie was awesome and knowledgeable. She made the experience great. We tried 6 beers, all good to great and true to style. We had the burger, tri tip steak sandwich and the cookies. Amazing food and they gave us a impromptu tour of the brewery! Top notch addition to the KC beer scene. A must visit.
