This Arby's location was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My order was prepared promptly and exactly as I requested. The food was hot and absolutely delicious.

Another awful experience highlighting the collapse of western civilization. Nobody wants to work so the lobby is closed. The people who are working are incompetent and couldn't get a very simple order correct. So back through the drive thru for 2 coldroast beef sandwiches and the wrong sauce. Total elapsed time 23 minutes with only a couple of cars in line. May god save us.

They took our orders but didn't seem fully prepared. My food was hot when it was served, which was good. However, when I asked for a refill on my lemonade, they told me they couldn't accommodate my request after I had already paid $5 for a large one. It felt like they were rushing, which was disappointing.
