Always excellent! It's one of my favorite places to dine before heading to the theater.

Half an hour later, a waiter approached us only to inform us that he wasn’t assigned to our table but would take our drink and appetizer order while juggling a party of 14 at the same time. Our drinks came out relatively quickly, along with our appetizers, which were excellent and heightened our anticipation for the main course. However, when it came time to order our entrées, the waiter who was responsible for our area never spoke to us again, and that’s when the real waiting began. We managed to get our third round of drinks, and while our cocktails were decent, they were definitely watered down and lacked flavor. As we waited for our main dishes, we noticed our original waiter became preoccupied with the large party and completely forgot about us. After two hours without any food and no one checking in on us, we expressed our frustrations, but all we received were excuses from the manager, who frequently walked past us without acknowledging our presence. It was such a disappointment, as I believe the food would have been excellent under better circumstances. Unfortunately, this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I won’t be giving them a second chance.

The dinner and the service were satisfactory, but the lobster didn't meet our expectations in terms of quality, especially considering we spent $200 for the meal. We weren't upset, but we probably won’t return. Additionally, we received an odd call when we got home asking if we had ordered an ananas mojito. They claimed we had ordered it but hadn’t paid for it. When I pressed for more details, their responses were confused and vague. It was quite strange, as we only ordered from our table, paid in full with a credit card, and didn’t order anything resembling a mojito.

Would not be recommended for a special occasion, maybe if nothing else was opened.

We had breakfast, pancakes and oatmeal off the menu, also a small buffet. Quick, good service and offered coffees to go. Casual atmosphere.
