Arby's - Kanne Belgie

The counter person first overcharged for the order but this was corrected. Two small sandwiches and sides took over 10 minutes from order to completion. While we waited a guy started mopping behind the counter by dumping the mop water on the floor. The manager was there and apparently approved of the slow service and cleaning methods. A lesson learned for us.

Horrible attitude from the staff. Food had so much cheese and sauce all over it can’t even eat it.

I really like Arby's. Great food dude! But I am super disappointed with the good burger. They had an opportunity to come up with a unique delicious sauce, but no, they put 1000 island on it, lame af. The whole premise of the first movie was the mystique around Ed's special sauce. Arby's, you dropped the ball on this burger.

Just did drive thru. The food is good. But you always have to pull up and wait. The last two times I went, they got the order wrong. But the food is good.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited at the drive thru menu for over 5 minutes with no one responding. Went up to the window to find everyone standing around. They all blatantly ignore me at the window and then when someone did open the window they told me to go through the drive thru again. Extremely ignorant.
