Wendy's - Kannapolis

Drive through at 9:40 p.m.,, no one said I’ll be with you shortly and when they finally responded they made me feel like I had done something wrong by waiting. Very unprofessional. I drove to another location and received much better service.

Literally nothing good to say about visit to pick up mobile order. Manager likes to argue, just nasty attitude. GM dude tried to make things right, but got home and was still missing several food items and condiments. Needs new staff.

My burger tasted burnt and the service was bad. The young lady at the window was very rude when I spoke to her. I refuse to stop at this Wendy's again.

Cold food. Place needed to be cleaned up. Won't go there

Due to short staffing they were only taking UBER and DoorDash orders..maybe pay the employees more feasible wages and they will show up for work?
