Shortstop's Burgers And Shakes Kannapolis

Good spicy nuggets and fries. Good ice cream. Great music playing. They appeared to be short staffed at the time, but for the few people working, they did as well as they could and had great customer service.

We were pretty impressed with the food. I had the traditional wings and cole slaw. The amount of cole slaw was lacking. My husband had BBQ and fries, and our son had a double burger with fries. I was the only one that felt that I missed out with the cole slaw. They had sugar free ice cream, which was a plus for me, on keto. It was really good too! We will definitely come back!

Really disappointed. I’m usually very happy with their milkshakes but tonight my husband ordered me a mint Oreo and not only was it not mint Oreo it was not blended at all. The little topping that was in the cup was at the bottom. It was too thick to mix with a plastic spoon, I had to put it in my blender and add milk. All 3 of our shakes were like that. And it was so bland. Honestly it was the worst milkshake I’ve ever had. Then when you try to call and let them know, it goes to voicemail and their contact link on the website doesn’t work. Hence the poor review.

Awesome experience, had great conversations with Kee and Kee. I could really tell they take pride in their jobs and go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. It's so nice to have such great customer service and get to meet awesome people who enjoy what they do. I wish I got to meet people just like the staff at Shortstops in every restaurant we visit.Kid-friendliness: The staff engaged with our kids and made them a favorite dessert which is now his favorite as well.Parking: Great parking, plenty of spaces.

Overall, the cashier was GREAT! However, my food was TERRIBLE. The burgers looked like they were just thrown together blindly, and I asked for NO mayo and got EXTRA ? and both orders of onion rings were so burnt it felt like biting into an apple. I tried to call to speak to a manager but can’t get
