French Express Coffee House

Went to Frenchexpress for the first time this past weekend! Everyone was very friendly and the frozen drinks were awesome! Will definitely be back again.

The Latina woman who works in the front needs to be replaced. I have never encountered someone so rude before in my life. She has been disrespectful not only to me but to many others as well. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a cup of coffee with exceptional and friendly staff. There are no pretentious attitudes from the baristas, and the place is kept very clean.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years, but I have recently noticed a decline in customer service and the quality of the coffee. The coffee tastes very weak, almost like pure milk with no coffee flavor. I used to pay $6.09 for my drink, but on my last few visits, they have been charging me $7.49 for the same drink. It seems like the new staff may need some retraining. I am very disappointed and am now considering trying out another small business coffee shop.
