Foxfire Lanes - Kannapolis

This is my home alley. The lanes are good, I cant complain and the crew are also helpful and great. Marilyn is wonderful. Dan and Beth are also great. There's typically no wait but I go on weekdays and league nights, so take that into consideration. Oh, and its NOT owned by Bowlero. It is family-owned, which is far and few in between lately. Support your local businesses! The pro shop has a good selection in-house and can order what you want/need. Shipments typically come in pretty quickly (about a week). I would give this alley a 5-star rating. However Octavius was late each time to my drill appointment. They were also late to 2 other of my team members appointments (Saturday mornings). Additionally, their personability is lacking and asking questions have always been met with short answers. I will choose someone else for my next appointment. If you're looking for family fun with a well taken care of bowling alley that isn't corporate owned, look no further. I have alleys closer to me and will prefer Foxfire over the others.

Great place to bowl with owners that care about the sport and present a great family and friend value.

Second visit here. My friend, his little boy, and I arrived shortly after opening on a weekday. Other customers there, including a Family Pack or party using the last 2 lanes, but several open lanes available. It was obviously a little loud, but not deafening. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Surprised they had size 14 shoes. We played 2 games and left only because we got there too early for the snack bar to be open and we didn't want anything from the vending machines. We're planning another visit this weekend, during a busier time. Looking forward to it, because our first visit was good, despite being busy.

Great place for family fun. We had my grandsons birthday here and the staff were awesome. Very accommodating. Fun times.
