Jack In The Box

I will not eat here anymore. I’ve received wrong/missing food many times, hasbrowns refried to a crisp and package has a layer of oil. The last straw was breakfast the other day. They charged my daughter for a French toast sticks plate $9.49 when she only ordered the sticks. 2 sticks were ok, the rest were burnt and the some were so burnt is was literally a French toast cracker. We rarely eat out but when we do it’s for convenience, not because we have all the extra money to spend on expensive disgusting food.

This is a good place for a meal. Food is delicious. The service was fast and efficient.

Did a quick drive thru the Kaneohe location. Empty, no lines, so better for me. Grabbed a breakfast combo and was served by a very polite and friendly LGBTQ server. Wanted to give Christy a shout out for her mannerism at the window. Some drive-through servers are more mechanical, but she was goodMy combo was as it is, but that's ok it was just a quick bite. Prices have gone up like everywhere else, so expect meals to be over $10 per person

My kids eat here quite a bit. It's quick, easy and efficient!6/24 Drive-thru is always fast and easy!

Cashier not able to understand what I was ordering which was Two #4 and sausage platter combo all lager, so she called another worker that was not even in uniform using a micronesian shirt and not even she could hardly understand so I pointed to the pictures.when I got my order it was disgusting and not what I had ordered. Went to the counter and ask the same lady that took my order and explained to her I didn't get what ai ordered she argued back and said yes it is so I open everything up and she keep saying there is bacon when there was no bacon in any of the burgurs that should had been two #4's but I had just twi regular burgers and I paid $45 this Kaneohe jack in the box at 45-960 needs not only new workers but cleaning as well .
