Best Latte I've ever had! It's a must-try. Delicious and artistic pastry, love this cafe, everything about it.
Me and my kids been followed to the parking lot by the owners of this place, because my kids broke some dollar store basket, that I didn’t see they did it was on one side of a basket). I wasn’t asked to pay fo it even when I asked the lady how expensive is it, the only answer I’ve got that it isn’t expensive) instead she blamed me for something that my kids didn’t do a week prior to this, and we weren’t even there when it happened. After the lady went inside the restaurant her husband came out and told me that my kids make his pregnant wife upset. Well, his words made my kids and myself upset. A very not Canadian thing to do. While we set there I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 deserts, coffee and 2 bottles of water, they didn’t clean the empty plates or empty water bottles from my table and I did leave a nice 20% tip, maybe if they did they could’ve see that a basket is broken, I could’ve apologized and maybe pay for it, instead I was followed to the parking lot by one and than by another owner of the place which was rude to do. My family in a restaurant business and the first thing we do when we see families with small kids is removing breakable decoration from the table and providing kids with plastic cups. Thank you and yes I will never again visit your place as I see your behaviour as discrimination against families with small kids.P.S. saying that my kids broke anything else it’s simply a lie. My kids weren’t there a week prior. No one else broke lamps or ropes or anything that you are saying. You are simply not telling the true. You can’t call police for a broken woven basket, know your rights), but you can ask a parent to pay for it. You are simply discriminative toward small kids and this is a simple true. You stressed my kids coming after us to the parking lot. It’s weird. By the way your chicken sandwich is the worst thing I ever tried. Using drumstick chicken meat instead of tights or breast and covering it in a huge amount of mayo. Worst meal ever. Hope my review is helpful....
Dear owner,Your bathroom is DISGUSTING! CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM!Best Regards,A customer
My wife and her friends liked coming here with the kids usually Friday evening for coffee and deserts, but today they were asked not to come back anymore. Allegedly because one of our kids may have damaged a dollar store woven basket decoration, so instead of asking to pay for the damaged decoration, the owner followed them outside once they were done and asked them not to come back here in front of 3 adults and 5 kids…because the owners wife if pregnant and this upsets her.To me this sounds like DISCRIMINATION against kids.I have NO problem paying for something that my kids damaged. But it’s not my fault that his wife is pregnant and has hormones mood swings. This is just one review from one of the adults there.More to come.Reply:First of all last weeks alleged decoration damage has nothing to do with my wife. It was some one she knows that was in the same group of friend, while my kids haven’t even been there. An kid accidentally knocked something of the table and I don’t know much details about that so I am unable to elaborate on that.Secondly, you said it’s not about money, then you don’t understand the concept of business because business is about money and costumer. In other parts of the world kids may not mean much but Here in Canada we love our kids beyond everything even your precious decoration and kids will always be kids.So maybe you should post a sign on the door saying kids are now allowed, so that customers don’t feel guilty if their kids damage your dollar store decoration.I’ve been here almost 35 years and never been to a place that would chase you outside the parking lot and blame youAnd your kids about something as silly as this. Shame on you!
