We checked the receipt and we were charged for what was missing. We didn't get any wasabi or coppers they gave us. Quality was just fine. Absolutely not back.
It is North American traditional and authentic Chinese cuisine. Huge variety. Dim Sum article. Huge variety of noodles. Very fresh sushi roll, nori cones and sashimi. You can fish seafood, coated, steamed etc. Service can be improved. Do not have any more Sake... because you need a special alcohol license. Mist Overall better everything you eat Asian food. You can
Three of us went for everything you can eat on Friday night at 19:30. We arrived and it was dead in the restaurant, but very busy near the front for takeout/delivery. The food was decent, but the service wasn't very fast... or attentive. The worst was the ad 8:30 to find out that it was the last call for food. After about half an hour of order, the server informed us that we could pay in front. About 10 minutes later she brought the card machines, which makes it clear that it was time to go. We left shortly after, and the lights were immediately switched off and the server lifted it out about ten minutes before they were advertised to close. About the food and table service: The soy sauce came in a small plastic collection container. The Wasabi and Gk ginger were served on small plates. When we asked for more Wasabi, we received more Wasabi and ginger plates. In the end we had six small plates with ginger and wasabi. The leaves for the selection of foods were small cut pieces of square paper. Overall, the food was decent and probably good for the takeover. I don't recommend sitting for dinner.
Where is the health advice? I was so excited when this place opened a few years ago to have such options in the west end. the place has the customer so dramatic I don't know how the owners can't be alerted? as I. down and about the reviews and all negatiw is quite consistent. I look at the walls that have never been cleaned. the doors are absolutely disgusting and they are afraid to touch even the handles. my size sauce came to me in a small container, in contrast to the usual glass sitting on the table. I had to write my job on a paper!? it is the height of lunchtime and there are only two tables where I am one of them. I'm worried about eating that I just ordered in consideration of the reviews that just read. the employees are not at all, and look like they would be much better somewhere else.
My husband and I used to order takeout from Fusion on a nearly weekly basis. Sadly, the quality of the food and service has been going downhill for the past few years, so much so that we stopped ordering about a year ago, after many...problems getting the orders right, being called and told to pick up the ordered food as the delivery guy was off that day, and a few stomachaches. Sadly, we caved to our sushi craving today and headed over for the buffet. What a horrendous experience. The waiter had to come back to our table as he had forgotten which drinks we had ordered. There is no more soya sauce on the table a little bowl is brought to the table. Orders are to be written on little scraps of paper. But, the real horror began when the food started arriving at the table: the sesame balls were cold, the meat was tough, and all sorts of food we hadn’t ordered made its appearance. Meanwhile, the food we had requested never made its way to the table. We told the waiter about the mistakes and, unconcerned and unapologetic, he said to just leave it there. The restaurant seemed to be low on staff and uneaten food remained on deserted tables the whole time we were there. I still can’t believe we paid $30 each for such a horrendous experience. Avoid this restaurant at all cost!
