Freshii - Kanata

Tried Freshi for the first time. It's ok if you're into salads with chicken. My niece had a Pokii Bowl, which consists of brown rice chicken, avocado carrots and a variety of other things. It came with sesame dressing on the side. She said it was ok and filled the gap. I only tried a kids wrap with cheese and chicken. It was uh, ok. Will post a picture. If you love salads this is the place to try. Me, not so much. The diner was very clean, and the washrooms very clean also. Staff was friendly. Give it a try I did. Cheers!

We order food from freshii Kanata from my office once every week. Their taste is pathetic and quality degraded significantly. They should really improve on taste and quality.

First time here. Food was good. Was fresh. I'd say worth the money.

Ordered a buffalo chicken bowl, had to remove most of the lettuce with brown/dark spots on it unfortunately which was disappointing.

If I could have left 0 stars, I would have.Terrible Customer service. Not sure why but the customer service has definitely gone downhill and none existant. The one worker was very polite and said I'm so sorry. The other worker I spoke with refused to give a refund. I said if you could just make another smoothie as an option. The smoothie tasted off. Had a very gross taste to it. It was $10 for just a smoothie and I even left a tip as well. Should have tasted before tipping and also should have been able to get a new choice of drink made. Starbucks does it for similar pricing I don't know why you can't.
