Waimea Homestead Farmers Market

The construction market is only open on Saturdays, which makes it a great opportunity to stock up on food that can be stored in the refrigerator for later. My partner and I stayed at a resort and found very few dining options, and when we did, the prices were exorbitant. During our visits to the farmer's market, we enjoyed some baked vegan potato enchiladas and veggie rolls. The veggie rolls held up nicely in the fridge, making them a perfect choice for easy meals later on.
