Zaika Indian Lounge - Kamloops

First of all the worst ever dine in experience I have ever had. First of all Server didn’t even asked us water or any drinks to start. Came to our table after 20 mins while the whole restaurant was empty. The food was really bad and inappropriate. I ordered Veg Biryani which wasn’t even close to a biryani. Then I had butter chicken which had whole tomatoes in the dish. After giving the feedback to the owner he was reluctant to apologize or even say that next time it would be better, he rather said it’s like that only. Also the main problem we had was my friend ordered Dal Makhni which was completely stale and had a really bad smell. The owner’s response to this was casually saying ok don’t pay for it. I mean we didn’t even taste it but the whole attitude of the owner was he couldn’t care less. From honest opinions don’t try Zaika ever. Don’t waste your money for worst customer experience, the worst dine in experience and the worst food quality.

Food was not good, butter chicken was having uncooked tomato puree plus chicken was not cooked properly and it was too sweet. Dal makhni was pathetic as it was having foul smell. Not a place to go and spend your money.

The food was amazing , and I had great service as well. My suggestion is to please visit the restaurant instead of ordering online. Thanks for having Indian flag at the restaurant. I am very proud of you guys for doing it, and thanks for respecting it so well.

I came from surrey to visit Kamloops. I tried food here and foods’ quantity and quantity was so good and i eat spicy and i told her then they made according to my taste. Food was fresh. It was so good compare to even Surrey restaurants. I ordered Amritsari Naan and cheese balls those were so delicious.

Food is good but the service needs to improve as there is always some problem with the delivery. The last time we dined in, the pav bhaji was salty, and recently when we ordered through uber eats, there was a missing item.
