Tim Hortons - Kamloops

Worst Tim’s in Kamloops. Unfriendly staff, constantly short on items ordered. If you go through the drive through check your bags before you leave, they will forget something. Slow service. And the food is either burnt or undercooked. Do better Tim Hortons.

Hands down the slowest moving tims you can go to. I have spent 45 min in the drive through on multiple occasionsIf you’re ever stopping for a quick coffee. Think again. Go to the store. Buy beans. Grind them at home and make your own coffee. You will get it faster

Pull up at 920pm only to be told they don't serve food after 930pm. I understand closing prep but I wonder what the owner would think about all the business turned away because your manager want to be out right on time. I won't be back. Mary Browns is right beside them if I ever need a quick grab and go later in the evening.

Terrible terrible terrible.Right from the Manager to the kid taking out the garbage. Slow slow slow, can't seem to get the simplest of orders correct. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. One of the worst Timmy's in all of Kamloops. Don't waste your time. Money or efforts going there.

Food is always as expected for Tim Hortons, but the way the current staff prepare it is messy.Service is extremely slow and unfriendly.The tables are always dirty with left over cups and bags left on them. Rarely wiped down and clean.
