My wife and I stumbled upon this café while exploring downtown Kamloops. It is situated in the historic Old Fire Hall #1. We were well looked after and had a pleasant, relaxing time. The café offers free wifi for those needing to stay connected. There are seating options both indoors and outdoors, including a cozy area with a couch, chairs, and various board games available.

My wife and I visited the Grind restaurant and coffee shop today. The service was amazing and the food was fantastic.
