Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Kamloops

There were of us at the table. We ordered drinks and about minutes later a tray of drinks came to the table. Two of the drinks were wrong. Waited another minutes and more drink showed up. Another minutes went by...and our food showed up. One drink still not arrived. One meal was wrong and had to be sent back. Drink order cancelled. Once the correct meals were served, the food was quite good but that does not make up for the terrible service. Never again!

First and only time I’ve been to red robin. Waited fifteen minutes to get what I needed to drink my coffee (cream and a spoon). Food was small portions. My meal , chick and shrimp could have been classified as a kids meal, no cocktail...sauce for the shrimp, was given tarter sauce. Zero refills on drinks. Unimpressed with their customer service.

I came here with my family and they have very bad service and its slow. Every time my mom asks for a root beer float they say they don’t have any ice cream while minutes later I see another family get one. When my...son gets his tiny chocolate milk they purposefully take a long time to get the refill.

Went there trying to phone in an order that we could take home, girl answering the phone , neither me or my husband could understand, wanted to order, first off it rang and rang and rang , like times, then couldn’t understand her and...she said we had to order through the bar, rang and rang and rang, no one picked up so my husband thought he would go in and order went to the bar , no one there and the phone was ringing again, dirty dishes all over the bar , he left and told me no one was there to take order. Used to love their burgers but don’t know if I’ll ever go back here.

I took my son for a date night on halloween. We go to the red robin al least twice a month for dinner. When we arrived we were sat in chyannes section. She had little to no interest in us. She simply asked for our...drinks and food. For our mommy and son night, I wanted to do a course style dinner. We ordered the shrimp and onion rings to start and a kids meal and burger with fries for my self. After we order I watched as our appies sat under a heat lamp for almost minutes. She dropped them off and I asked for new sauces as some had mayo in them and I felt they were unsafe to eat. Cheyenne rolled her eyes at me and said FINE When she brought new sauces our course arrived......we hadn't even started out appetizers yet. The appies were ice cold. And my burger was raw along with my side of fries being cold. I also order a pint of beer which I only took two sips of due to it being flat. When I brought this all to chyannes attention she rolled her eyes at me again and said.. how will you be paying Are you kidding me?????? I just spent over for the worst service and food I have ever eaten. Dont ever eat here....and if you do....dont get sat in chyannes section.
