Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters

This place doesn't even deserve a star. the setting of the personal was pure müll. would not accept the gift card, on which order was grounded, gave us really greasy huh (also the white meat was greasy! the fries, taters and gravy were all cold....Gave us 2 serviettes and no forks for the salads. when she was politely forked and asked more serviettes, she taught us! the whole attitude from the front against the manager was disgusting! they don't deserve to be in business with the art and wise how the landfill runs! I had dry white meat, but fat? bogus!

Perhaps his perception perhaps his sour grapes, but we found mary browns huhn and gravy very tasty. the chicken was moist and properly cooked and the gravy sweet and tasty. I have read some of the critikens and do not have to vote. perhaps jim j. should slide the hill kfc and slide on its described measur. I personally don't think he has taste buds.

Another chicken stable that makes the colonel look bad (with his wee beady eyes). great huh, big service, not much more to say. Maybe a good colleague?

Restaurant is always clean friendly staff. Eating is not all to get out of it.

On May 8, 2018, between 2:30pm and 3:20pm, I visited Mary Browns for some chicken and a Big Mary Burger. Despite having had great service in the past, this visit was surprisingly disappointing. I went through the drive-through and placed an order for a 4-piece chicken meal with taters, medium gravy, and a Big Mary Burger with no lettuce and extra sauce. The person taking my order kept getting it wrong and had to be corrected multiple times. When I finally drove up to the take-out window and paid for my order, I was met with a series of errors and long wait times. The employees seemed disorganized and unprofessional, repeatedly giving me the wrong items and making me wait excessively. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, the service did not improve. Eventually, I received my correct order but was already so frustrated that I decided not to return to Mary Browns in the future. I felt mistreated by the staff and was appalled by the lack of customer service. I will not recommend this restaurant to others after such a disappointing experience.
