I waited for fresh food and the main course for an hour, an HOUR FOR FRESH and daruna. They ordered a double espresso they brought the usual one. When asked when the meal would be served, they said 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it turned out that there were 15 more. And they never brought fresh... the waitress who seems to be doing you a big favor with a face as if everyone is to blame for her.

We went to the Central Department Store and wanted to buy sushi or ordered rolls with eel and shrimp, we were not asked to take with us or here. They left to wait, they came standing on a tray, we asked to pack, they told us we need another 10 hryvnias, are you crazy there? Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Just horror! The highest level of stupidity! It is located in a great place these are all pluses. Terrible service, dirty utensils, Pepsi had to drink from the throat because there are no glasses. Appetizers were served after all the main dishes were eaten. They added something that was not ordered to the check. They also charge 10% for service that is not available at all. Prices at the level of top restaurants. We do not recommend!!!

I put only 2 stars, there are enough arguments, and I will write them. The cuisine is of course excellent, delicious dishes, large portions and worth the price. Drinks (coffee, tea) are also consistent in price and taste. These are all pluses, but there are minuses that need to be corrected. Let 's move on to the cons.... The first thing I want to mention is the desserts.. In the photo that I attached a cake called Honey cake . This piece costs 70 UAH!!! For that kind of money, you can buy almost half a kilogram in any store where cakes are sold !!! That 's half the trouble.. It also turned out to be dry, which is not typical for Medovik, and stale. I also wanted to emphasize one drawback, in the tea section they offer lemon ... It costs 5 UAH, there are only 2 slices of lemon ... Just another drawback, 10 percent tip. People themselves decide how much to tip the waiter, as allotted in any normal restaurant!
