にしかわ - Kami

This is a souvenir shop near Kaizumi Port. It's a bit confusing to find because of its intricate layout, but we eventually found it thanks to the advertising signs on various buildings! It's a relatively small fish market and souvenir shop, and we thought the seafood was cheap! The staff are also really nice. Highly recommended.

There were a lot of my favorite seafood items such as shellfish and crustaceans available. Of course, there were also sashimi and tempura made with fresh fish. The variety of live fish was slightly limited, which I think depends on the season. Today, they had sea bream, flounder, and red snapper. I also bought 10 very fresh and reasonably priced dried squid.

The crabs are inexpensive, along with various types of fish. The staff is energetic and enthusiastic, making you want to keep on buying.
