Summit Inn Pizza - KAMAS

I've been coming to this spot since i was tiny. i always remembered it with so much love snd deliciousness. tonight i went back for the first time in maybe 5 years. absolute garbage. the service was bad, they messed up our pizza, we said it was okay we would eat it like that, and they came back out w it more messed up. i'm so dissatisfied, and it wasn't even that yummy for the price.

This pizza is actually decent enough to eat especially since there is really not much pizza close. I wouldn't say it's bad, nor would I say it's good. best, but more like average. it is also very overpriced for what they call their quality. nothing special about this place except the doodles with which hungry children are easily satirized.

We like the taste and quality of Summit Pizza. We order from here whenever we are in town. Tonight I placed an online order at 5:20 with a 45 minute estimated wait time. We arrived at 6:05 to pick up our order (3 uncomplicated pizzas, 1 family salad). The order was not ready until 7:25 pm. That's a two hour wait time and it was supposed to be 45 minutes. Another customer walked in at 7:15 and got upset because he ordered at 6 (40 minutes after us). After yelling at the staff, his pizza was quickly handed to him (while we continued to wait). The manager pulled a pizza from the kitchen and treated him like a VIP- welcoming him in and ringing him up himself while all other sales were handled by the regular staff. The worst part for us is some of our visitors had to leave and now we have way too much pizza and didn't have a chance to enjoy dinner together. It seems In order that Summit Pizza would compensate us for waiting in the lobby for almost one and a half hours but no offer was given.

Had a pizza from summit last night. It was maybe one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The crust was great, the sauce was Devine, the toppings were generous (I got the large combination). The price however was crazy expensive. $28 plus tip was too expensive. I would have happily paid maybe $22 for the pizza and felt like I got a good value. I might return in the future because the pizza was that good, but not sure. Overall it was great if you don't mind paying $34 for a single pizza. After reading Dan's comment on my review, I see and appreciate his point about using quality ingredients. So, I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Like I said, it was probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. To be fair, it was just me eating the pizza and I did get four meals out of it.

What a top notch pizza joint! I tried this place one time,, and I'm hooked!!! They truly make the best pizza I have ever tasted! I love this place and the people. Thank you for putting so much love and care into your pizza pies and thank you for not forcing me to wear a mask! I will always support you guys.
