Beautiful old Japanese style house, with Tatami floors and seating. great relaxing environment, especially for families and children. toys and books for children to play. eating is very tasty, Japanese art house-coking. nice lunch, teller lunch special. offer tee, crimped, coffee, latte, smoothies vegan plate was portosuppe to start, roasted rice ball, tomato and sweet, pickles, homemade sourdough, homemade obstkuchen large portion size and great value for money. warm, friendly and funny owners. sale of cake and sourdough bread to go:

I live in kamakura and this place is my way to happy place. Eating and vibe is so nourishing. it is an old kamakura house built by one of the owners grandfather. eating is consistently brilliant and the chef turns vinyl while the open kitchen. it is secret, but elegant, and a cool place for children to cut off.

We looked at vegan restaurants in kamakura and decided to do this because it sounded fun and interesting. it took about 40 minutes to walk there. it was not easy to find. When we finally came and came in, the hostess greeted us and called us to the sitting area so that we could walk in. After we had taken off our shoes, she suddenly called and said she had a group of 5 coming soon and she could not serve us. we were not offered to wait for other customers to go too. super hungry, super disappointed and already very tired we left.

This is a beautiful old traditional Japanese house where the personal English speaks and are warm and friendly. I enjoyed my vegan lunch next to the little garden. at the time there were some families, so there were several children and many noises not ideal for a date or a quiet time, but perfect when they have children.

What a lovely relaxing place to eat. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was great. Very child friendly. An amazing place, slightly off the beaten track. A great place to connect with locals. We played trains with a toddler and watched a family doing origami. The two people running the restaurant were charming and couldn't do enough to help. What a find.
