Manifesto - Kalymnos

I decided to try out the entire vegan menu at this restaurant since I visit frequently. My top picks are the Risotto and stuffed paprika. The other dishes are also good. However, the vegan cheese on the pizza doesn't melt well, so I would recommend avoiding that. The portion sizes are really generous and the atmosphere is lively, just like the staff. The restaurant is very accommodating to vegans and vegetarians. They even have separate vegetarian options listed outside of the menu. We ordered the three-piece meal which included a green salad, Greek appetizers, and a briam with fries and grilled vegetables. The complimentary dessert provided by the restaurant was also delicious!
