La Botte - Kaltenkirchen

We had dinner there with friends at a friday evening. Although without a reservation it was no problem to get seated. First we had a mixed variation of appetizers including vitello tonnato and mozarella. We were really surprised about the quality and appearance of the ingreadients. Not at all the typical grilled vegetables etc. Main course were dorade and steak. Very fine quality both. Hope to be there soon again! Btw the recommendations concerning the wines were very good!

We had the pleasure of a few days in the small town.. Food is good. In the eveneing the owner will sing Italian songs and aria. We went there for dinner one evening. The restaurant lies at the southern end of the main street and is easy to reach.

Standard, expensive and the waiters speak to You in Italian ... they aren't even Italian!!! A place not to return, just too expensive! The quality of the food is nothing out of this world, but expensive. The ratio isn't right! The place is clean, tidy, over-frindly ... !

We had lunch today at La Botte and the pizzas were excellent. just simple fresh and good ingredients. Totally worth a try. The waiters were friendly too and the prices were ok.
