Contribuiți la feedbackI live near this servo, and have used it for many years. Since the shop has converted to a coffee shop I have found the fast and reliable service of getting fuel, paying for it and moving on has worsened. The staff are so preoccupied with making coffees that those of us wishing to pay for fuel have to stand and wait for ages. I just recently got fuel, walked in and saw a young lady waiting to pay. One worker was making coffees and not once did he acknowledge our presence at the counter! The young lady told me she was standing there for 10 minutes without a 'hello '. Minutes later a lady came out and served. When I approached I told her how long the previous c/m was waiting. The staff member snapped back and said 'we are busy and he (the man making coffees) had his head in an oven the past 10 minuts No!, he wasn 't, he was brewing coffee! After I paid the lady just walked off. Got no Hello, or apologies for the situation, she just walked off without even saying 'bye ' or showed any empathy or had any level of good customer service. This was terrible service, to which I now intend to drive further distances to stations that provide a better quality, and faster, service. In my view, if you want a coffee shop then ensure you have staff dedicated to that and another dedicated to serving people who just need fuel.
The coffee here is great, service has always been great with staff always smiling and welcoming.
Can't even get an order right on uber eats. A $34 order for it to show up with only a $6 item. Pathetic.
Regarding the staff member SANDRA. I was shocked at how rude she was to me. I’ve truly never been so disrespected in my life by a service station attendant. She was beyond horrible and should NOT be working in customer service.
Female worker in her late 40s that works the Wednesday morning shift has to be one of the most rudest workers I have encountered in a fair while! Doesn’t talk, instead points and carry’s on like she suffers some sort of superiority complex. Probably shouldn’t be in customer service if you struggle to give out a simple “hello”
