The receipt was denied because I was told I was supposed to ask for the receipt before the transaction was completed. All I wanted was proof of what I paid for. In return, my order was given to me with missing crepes. Please check your order before your leave. Honestly, any business that has the sources to hand out a receipt should give a receipt, and one should not ask for a receipt.
The girl working there is reallyrude like its not my fault you work where you work, should have at least better customer service, how yall gonna make it? LOL i should've just left the location, i wouldn't have minded if the food was good which it wasn't
Bad bad customer service!! Dont give these people you're money. . They don't know how to treat customers. The owner of this place is so rude. My husband I stopped by to get churros and mini pancakes. We waited 20min, my husband asked why they took son long. The owner said well if you don't like the customer service, just ride a review very condescending rude. We will never support a business that treat customers like these people due.
Bad service! They don't have a friendly customer service. There a guy that make the mini pancake if I didn't told him that I didn't want the burn ones he was going to give it to me.
I've been here a few times but about a month ago I wanted to try their mini pancakes and I was disappointed. The pancakes were cold. The staff should make them fresh and give it to the customer nice and warm. Also, I noticed the pancake maker was outside under a tent and I didn't see my order being prepared so most likely they had one ready that was old. So this is why they have lost a client. I found a better place that serves them fresh and warm and are so delicious. I hope the owners read this and notify their employees.
