Sushi Yuzu - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

Amazing sushi, and service was impeccable. It's not so easy to get parking.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Looks amazing online but once you get inside it feels like you’re in a ghetto valley sushi restaurant. The sushi was mediocre. The sashimi was chewy. The Chicken Teriyaki was overcooked and tasted like we ordered from the mall. The salad was extra bitter. The only thing good was the rock shrimp appetizer. They cram way too many people inside. For the amount you pay to eat here, about $100 per person, they should provide a comfortable atmosphere. If you come with more than 5 people, you will be extremely crammed elbow to elbow. We had 6 adults and one child. They gave us the normal table for 4 and to fit 3 more, they added a tiny table that was smaller than the table used for 2. It only gave enough room to fit an iPad. The only other option was to sit outside which is by the sidewalk and in the hot sun. Not an option with raw sushi. We basically had to play Tetris on the table with where to fit our food, it was just awful. Definitely not worth the money at all.

Here I am LIVE waiting for over an hour for popcorn shrimp. Save yourselves don’t come here. Idgf how understaffed they are. There are tables that have order, eaten and left before I’ve got a simple order.

Although the service can sometimes be.. questionable (especially when they are busy or towards closing hours), the food is absolutely 20/10. This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to, and I’ve been to over 100 around the world. The people making the food are also cool and always down to chat. Get baked crab and salmon roll and thank me later.

Soooo good! So simple but fresh!! Everything is a must try
