Starbucks - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

This Starbucks is conveniently located near my home, but I would rather drive 10 minutes across town to another location. Unfortunately, this one consistently fails to follow instructions and has a rigid approach to customer service. I've been hoping for years that they would improve, but so far, they haven't. Management could learn a lot from Frank, the manager at the Starbucks on State College and Chapman. He runs his store, which is half the size but likely does double the business, with exceptional efficiency because they are always busy!

I went through the drive-thru hoping to get a quick cup of water, but the lady at the window informed me that it was their policy not to provide water. There were no cars behind me and just three in front of me, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes to get out of line—and still, I didn’t receive any water. I’ve never experienced this at any other food establishment. She didn't even offer to sell me a cup of water for a small fee, like 30 cents. I was very disappointed with my experience and won’t be returning.

This Starbucks has a spacious outdoor seating area. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I visited this restaurant on my way to a hair appointment. The drive-thru line was quite long, so I opted to go inside and place my order. That turned out to be a great choice! This location offers a variety of hard-to-find tumblers. When I got there, there was no wait at all; I received my order in just three minutes, and the indoor tables were clean.
