Ordered the shrimp pho with chicken broth. The seasoning of the soup was adequate for me, much to my expectations. They actually have lots of options from the menu, and I like that for their pho you have the option between chicken broth or beef broth, since I've noticed lots of their dishes on menu has beef. Also notice they have vegetarian dishes which was pretty welcome for people with different dietary restrictions! Their environment was good, too. Our party had 6 people and we got 1 table, but won't feel too crowded. Nice place will consider going back for Vietnamese cuisines!

Food quality is really great wish they kept their take out open longer. Pho 1 is an amazing taste. you can share with two people . One of the gems of Northridge.

I ordered carry out for a bowl of chicken Pho, initially I thought the price was a bit high but the bowl can be split into 2 maybe even three small bowls of soup. They provided napkins, bean sprouts, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, spoon, chop sticks and extra broth! The pho was delicious, I will definitely order again!

I've considered myself a Pho fanatic. I've eaten pho from Little Saigon in Westminster, Ca all the way to San Jose, Ca. I eat pho without adding any Hoisin, Sriracha sauce and lemon/lime so I could differentiate one pho broth from another. I only use Hoisin and Sriracha for dipping the meat. Saigon Brother offers a really good and clean pho broth. Maybe a little too clean. What I mean is that the broth is almost void of all oil that you usually see floating on the top of the bowl. I guess in a way it's great for the health conscious person. But for me, I need that fat/oil. It's an extra layer of flavor. I had recently found out that Saigon Brother offers another type of Pho that not a lot of other places do... Northern Pho! It's a beef and ginger broth. The pho noodles are thicker and the meat is rare steak with ginger, onion, cilantro, and green onions. If you like both the taste of ginger and pho, this will make your day. Soooo good!Saigon Brother has a nice and clean ambiance. The service is spot on. The food is great! My go to Northern Pho place.

Food is great and service . I just think the price of soup shouldnt be more than 10 . And I am taking the inflation prices in consideration . The average price of pho soup was 6-8 .its double now . No longer worth eating out .
