This is the best Mrs. Fields I’ve been to in awhile!!!

I hate to leave a bad review. However the one at Topanga does a deal for Buy 6 get 2 for free. I thought it was the same here. I was going to buy 6 and the employee told me I could only get 1 for free. I ended up only getting 3. They tasted like they were on display all day. Tasted very stale and did not taste like the ones I have from Topanga. I love the cookies there but it was a let down for Northridge. I'm very disappointed and will only go to Topanga for now.

Still amazing and great cookies but not as fresh as they used to be, they used to be always warm, soft chewy and now you can tell they make one batch in the morning for the whole day

The first time I was there, the cookies were fresh and the client support brilliant. I truly suggest this spot.
