It is cooked in a fish metal form with a filling.Hotteok is a Korean pancake that is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a filling.I only tried the taiyaki but it was excellent. Key points to it. can visibly see the form of the fish, it is baked but not burnt. Lending to the artistic flair and presentation. they do not skimp on the filling. Let me repeat, they do not skimp on the filling. Consider me massively impressed on this point. it is hot, I mean burn your tongue. So be careful.I will definitely eat here again.

I wanted to get validation for the parking lot and this place was on my list to try!Card isn't accepted, but there is zelle and venmo.There are so many options to choose from. You can't really go wrong, esp from the people waiting for their orders. They all had their own different favorites!Once you order, they'll give you a buzzer and the wait was under 10 minutes (depends on the line). You can get validation with a stamp by the card swiper.

This taiyaki and hotteok shop is located outdoors in a cart outside Little Tokyo Galleria. I came here after lunch and I tried the custard taiyaki. It was made fresh to order and I absolutely loved it! I'd say this is the best place I've gotten taiyaki so far living in LA. The custard filling was really yummy and paired well with the crispy hot cake. This is a cash only establishment, but they also accept Venmo. I waited about 5-10 minutes which wasn't bad and I would definitely come back again.
