Jersey Mike's Subs

Dry sandwich, not enough spread, was not able to enjoy my sandwich. This is about the third time this happens, quality has definitely gone down. Also, lack of customer service from management, not worth coming back here.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Jersey Mike's, and I must say, my experience was elevated to new heights by the outstanding customer service provided by one of their exceptional employees.The standout employee, Christian, went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was nothing short of extraordinary. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness to our needs made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.One thing that truly stood out during our interaction with Christian was his attention to detail and dedication to providing a customized experience. When we expressed our love for bacon, Christian took it upon himself to hand-pick specific pieces of bacon to include in our sandwich, ensuring that each bite would be a delight for our taste buds. Let me just say… HEAVEN SENT. His thoughtful gesture and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal.He also took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. This is by far the best Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. The manager and staff are the best! Quality is amazing and always fresh!

For the second time in a row, the bread was hard and stale on my sandwich. This is not an inexpensive sandwich. There is no excuse for old, hard, stale bread. Also, I asked for banana peppers on the side. Last time, the banana peppers were on the sandwich and this time, I got no banana peppers at all. I am done with Jersey Mike's.

One of the better tasting Jersey Mike's, my issue is how long it takes them to assist you. Every time I come in that is when they start processing online orders. You don't know people's schedules and how long they have to get their food. Just be more mindful of people's time.
