Jersey Mike's Subs

I thought I ordered here but the JM app sent my order elsewhere. I had to order again there, and had to pay twice. I contacted the store owner they reimbursed me. It wasn't their fault but they made sure the customer didn't get screwed. My sammies have all been delicious!

Ordered online and they made the sandwich wrong. Didn't know it until I was home but I was not going to return back and complain. Thought about it, but decided to just never order online and blindly trust they will do a good job if I am not watching that they make it how I want or I won't purchase it. They had my money so they didn't care to make it right. I said no mayo. They put mayo, I said Rosemary Parmesan, they used Wheat, I said please warm the bread, it was a cold sandwich, entirely. Completely disappointed since my 2 previous experiences had been very pleasant, but they were both in store. It was 2 guys in the night shift on Venice Blvd. Terrible service, didn't even tell me they had made substitutions or that they forgot to read I said no mayo and please make it warm. Don't trust them with online ordering. If you want what you ask for you have to go to the restaurant and watch them! Two thumbs down.

Very disappointing to walk up to the restaurant at 8:45pm to locked doors and the employee inside telling you they closed at 8 when the hours clearly say 9pm.Should really get employees that want to work.So if you're looking to eat here plan on being here before 8pm otherwise you're not getting in.

I came in for two bags of chips shortly after they opened. However, the cashier was very nice, the place was clean (I know they just opened but still) and the workers seemed very friendly. Another bonus is the bacon they had sitting out was super extra crispy, and smelled amazing. I almost thought about getting something simply due to that, but had to get on with my day.Ended up going to another location which wasn't as great but this wasn't enough to turn me off Jersey Mikes just yet...

Came in for a grilled sub 30 min before closing time I guess they had already shut off the grill/oven. If you're looking for one of their hot sandwiches just know you've got to get there well before they close! Staff was nice.
