It's Boba Time

Girl at front at cashier was disrespectful and had horrible customer service. My first time coming to boba and asked questions and she was so angry and irritated. Please have someone nice who working at front and helpful because it brings your business down!

Boba was decent here but bathroom is closed due to Covid . Mind you this is Sept 2022! Ridiculous. They told me to use the bathroom next door. What poor customer service. Won 't be visiting this location again!

The tea was very tasty. I ordered the dirty tiger milk tea. The review is mostly based on the service I received. When I was handed my drink it wasn't sealed completely I immediately told the young lady at the counter and she had a blank stare at me and then I said can you please seal it up it's leaking. Then she grabbed the drink still said nothing. Sealed it up and handed it back. Customer service goes a long way even if you are only serving drinks. It's boba time accepts tips and I gladly tipped that day and instantly regretted it once I was treated in that manner. I will not ge back to boba time

So, I just found out tonight there are 2 of them in North Hollywood. Never knew that. We'll needless to say this location had some great music playing which gave it a great vibe. Music was cranked, but not excessive. I got a Taro Smoothie w/out Boba. Yum! The reason I gave a four star instead of a five was there were no smiles on the staffs face when people were ordering. Little robotic and not enthusiastic by any means. They weren't rude by any means just blasé. They don't say hello when you walk in the door like the other Boba in North Hollywood or even other locations . Its a nice touch when you do. Didn't wait long and there was a line. Very pleased about that. Overall, I believe if the staff were more excited to be there it would have received a 5 star, because they were fast and place was clean.
