Their organic sourdough is the superstar, making the pizzas divine. Amazingly thin pizzas, sourdough crust is chewy, soft and still slightly crisp on the outside this is unmatched. (Grade A- The peach burrata salad was out of this world as far as I 'm concerned. The Bagna Cauda flat bread, looked burnt when it came but it tasted DELICIOUS. On the pizza side of things, the dough was excellent soft yet slightly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of salt ????. Incredible Pizza. Thin, italian Pizza with a delicious Tomato Sauce that I havnt found it anywhere else in the US so far. Great vibe, good music.
The sourdough pizza lived up to the hype! Had the special and the white pizza. The white pizza I could eat every day, and the special provided the extra oomf to the meal
