Best chicken, best service, best location. I wish the parking wasn't as hard. But IT is worth the wait to park, no doubt. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Went there last night for dinner,I remembered the food used to be pretty good.Extremely small Pieces of chicken and lacked flavor.ExtremelyOverpriced

I came to this location w/ my hubby to eat a chicken tortilla soup and a 2pc meal combo .Let me tell you that the customer service with Juan was awesome and the food was fast and very good quality, the chicken was just right and all the food was hot .I've been to other Pollo Loco locations and the food is unevenly hot and the tortillas are always hard on one side and kinda soft on the other , chicken always burnt and hard to chew..But here at this Location was very good .I clean my plate clean. I'm very happy with everything..We will definitely stop here more often.

Only reason I even go here is because is near my house. The people that work here always seem unhappy and don't know anything about customer service. The new placement of the new kiosk is annoying and no one is ever at the register to help. They see you, don't welcome you, and ignore you. They get mad when you ask for help. Going to try and avoid this place and drive a little further. The receipt don't even have the survey ID on them?
