I ordered an oat milk mocha. I clearly explained to them that I could not have lactose. I trusted them, but it was a mistake. I have had severe gas stomach pains and explosive diarrhea all day, Obviously they did not honor my request. Such a bummer. It irks me that I paid for all this pain, suffering, and humiliation I’ve had to endure all day.

I ordered a hot cappucino.The coffee at this branch waa horrible. It was milky and barely warm with a very little taste of coffee in it. I have had cappucino before from their branch in burbank and they were amazing.
