I wanted so badly to love this place. We live a block away. This is the second time we’ve tried to get a good meal at this place. Seemingly getting good Chinese food at Asia Kitchen is impossible. Beyond disappointing. We were given the wrong food the tiny bit we tried was not good. When I called to let the owner know he, he aggressively argued about refunding the even though he served us the incorrect food. He also demanded we bring said food back. Upon returning said food he still refused to refund. Horrible customer service and food. Sad. He could have easily rectified this situation with a little good customer service, unfortunately this is not how he runs his businesses. You’ve lost two great customers who live in the neighborhood. Unfortunate for us all.
What a great find. This family owned business has been there for eight years and I just discovered it. I wish I had known about this place before. Many Chinese restaurants need to beg these guys for their recipes. I got the 3 flavor kung pao (beef, chicken, shrimp) and it was excellent. I can’t believe I couldn’t stop eating everything but the chili peppers. Everything was fresh and the chow mein was the tastiest I’ve ever had. My girlfriend had the orange chicken and she always complains, but she loved it as well and mentioned how great the chow mein was. Can’t wait to go there again and explore another dish probably the Singapore noodles.
Hole in the wall restaurant. Nice chef. I ordered chop suey and it was delicious. It was similar to Buddha's Feast at other places: lots of different vegetables. Water chestnuts, mushrooms, carrots, celery, etc. Now I forgot the rest.
Excellent Chinese food. It doesn't matter paying what it's worth.
